Lucas Simons gave the opening lecture of the Academic Year of the Youth Food Movement Academy in Utrecht. YFM Academy consists of a group of 25 participants from different disciplinary backgrounds who during seven days (over the course of half a year) learn and think about our current food system. The Academy wants to inspire the participants with knowledge on how to contribute to a more sustainable food system in their own individual way.
